OK, not sure where to start, I am an AFOL who unleashed her love for Lego when her new partner also loves Lego and showed her it was ok to actually love and play with Lego as an adult! Lol.
I used to work in the mining industry as an Environmental Manager, then after 20+ years doing that I moved into childcare and am currently working on expanding my own business "Brick Nic" where I am making Lego earrings, other products using Lego as the base product as well as doing a variety of workshops for children and adults.
Where are you from?
I am originally from South Africa but have lived in Australia for most of my life :). I currently live in a little down 3 hours drive inland of the ocean called Emerald in Queensland.

What made you start an Instagram page?
I started my Nix Brick Pix page because I wanted a place to showcase my photos of my significant figure, with a love of photography too I saw Instagram as the ideal place for this. It was mainly for me during a time when I wasn't doing so well with my mental health and this was a mindful way or refocusing. 
How often are you on Instagram?
I try and post a couple times a week on Instagram some weeks more some weeks less! lol. I am back into the swing of things after having my account hacked and only getting it back after three months.
How long have you been doing your account for?
Since May 2019
Where do you get your ideas from?
My ideas for the most part come from my life, come from what I am doing or where I am, and those around me. I enjoy looking at other peoples Instagram posts and sometimes draw inspiration from them
What's your favorite Lego set that you own?
I own way to many Lego sets so that is a really hard one, big big big set - id have to say Harry Potter Castle, big big set - id have to say Ninjago city docks, big set - fishing cabin and small set - any of the Chinese new years sets
Whose your favorite minifigure?
now that's a really really hard question and I'm going to cop out here and say that it will have to be my sigfig - Brick Nic, as I just couldn't choose a minifig as I love them all, all for different reasons. lol
How many minifigures do you own?
id have to say I own around 500 minifigs and that's only the ones that I display, so probably a little more if you include those that are in sets etc.! and not many are doubles at all!
If you could build anything out of Lego what would it be?
Id build a big bath - I love having a relaxing bath and love Lego so why not combine the two together! lol
:( no I haven't been to any Legoland, I have been to the Lego store in Florida at Disney World.. its my mission, my aim and my dream to go to a Lego land and Lego house. We live 12 hours drive from our closest Lego shop so that is also sad...
